01 / Prepare sources
Select A and B images for a two-image flip. For multi-view work, extract video frames or use an existing sequence of 2–120 views. Check ordering, crop and subject alignment before composing.
Start from the original and AI result on a job, or import local images from the home-screen lenticular tool. No AI channel is required for local composition.
02 / Set physical parameters
Confirm finished size in millimeters and printer DPI, then set LPI, orientation and phase for the lens sheet. Screen pixel size is not the printed physical size.
Review diagnostics and output after composing. Changing sources or parameters invalidates the previous result. Screen scaling can produce moiré and cannot predict physical quality.
03 / Export & proof
Export RGB LZW TIFF with resolution metadata, and impose two results when needed. In Windows native printing, select the correct paper and actual size; disable fit-to-page and other scaling.
Proof with the actual printer, paper and lens sheet. Check dimensions, pitch, orientation, phase and crop. Recalibrate after changing materials, drivers or equipment.
04 / Before delivery
Check source-image permissions and distinguish originals, AI results and final files. Keep the original work and exports for reprints.
Approve a physical sample before event output. Automated tests, screen previews and saved parameters are not physical equipment acceptance.
